In the Principality of Monaco, the statue stands in the square of Saint Devote church. Made of white marble and bronze, it represents Devote kneeling on a boat with a dove in her hands.
All churches and chapels in Monaco were given a scale-size copy of this statue. In December 2005, during an official trip to the Vatican, Prince Albert II gave Pope Benoît XVI a copy of the statue of Saint Devote sculpted by the artist, Cyril de la Patellière.
